Why not the MySpace?

Unfortunately the MySpace does not provide open API to upload photos for 3rd party applications

Why application can crash?

If application run out of memory it can crash. For instance if you're working with application and listen music on iPhone at the same time.

What photo services are supporting location information?

Flickr and Picasa at the moment
